TEACHx Sponsorship Opportunities
TEACHx is an annual celebration of innovative experiments in teaching and learning in a community-oriented environment. By sponsoring TEACHx, you will have the opportunity to connect with faculty and staff from Northwestern University and other Chicago-area institutions. Our participants are teaching and learning professionals who are interested in experiments in education and technology.

To celebrate the 10th TEACHx conference, we are offering a premier - highest value - sponsorship for the first time.

At TEACHx 2026, your company will receive:
- Your choice of conducting one 45-minute or 15-minute workshop online on May 13, 2026.
- Space for your representative in the vendor exhibit hall on May 14, 2026.
- Company logo on participant name badges.
- Recognition during the welcome, closing, and keynote sessions.
Establish a year-long partnership that places your company and logo on:
- Teaching and Learning Technologies’ academic year speaker series.
- Workshop sponsor for aligned workshops during the 2026-2027 academic year.
Workshop | $4,500 or $1,500
Workshop sponsors are high-level sponsors and able to connect to participants.

- Conduct either a 45-minute workshop or a 15-minute micro-workshop for online conference attendees on May 13, 2026.
- Workshops will be conducted online and do not require vendor TEACHx attendance.
Vendor Hallway | $3,500
Engage directly with conference attendees and present your company's product in the vendor hallway on May 14, 2026.

- The hallway is located immediately next to the registration desk and runs the length of the primary presentation suite where the keynote address and other featured events occur.
