TEACHx Sponsorship Opportunities

TEACHx is an annual celebration of innovative experiments in teaching and learning in a community-oriented environment. By sponsoring TEACHx, you will have the opportunity to connect with faculty and staff from Northwestern University and other Chicago-area institutions. Our participants are teaching and learning professionals who are interested in experiments in education and technology.

Target: 300+ conference attendees and registrants

BE A TEACHX SPONSOR

Save big by bundling sponsorship levels or commiting to more than one year! 

  • A two year commitment saves 15% off the base contribution. 
  • A three year commitment saves 20% off the base contribution. 
  • A four year commitment saves 25% off the base contribution.
  • Bundling more than one sponsorship level saves 10% off the combined base contribution.

Workshop | $5,000

Workshop sponsors are our highest-level sponsors and enjoy a prominent profile at the conference.

  • Conduct one 90-minute workshop for interested faculty and staff.
  • Recognition during the welcome and closing sessions.
  • Acknowledgment with logo and link to your website included in the online program and select attendee messages.

Vendor Hallway | $3,500

Engage directly with conference attendees and present your company's product in the vendor hallway.

  • Space for your representatives in the vendor hallway. 
  • The hallway is located immediately next to the registration desk and runs the length of the primary presentation suite where the keynote address and other featured events occur. 
  • Acknowledgement with logo and link to your website included in the online program and select attendee messages.

Reception | $3,000-$3,500

Provide conference attendees with refreshments and an opportunity to mingle at the conclusion of the day's programming.

  • Sponsor refreshments for a single reception, or both receptions, with a short presentation or remarks.
  • Sponsor may choose either Day 1 or 2 if selecting a single reception.
  • Company logo appears on TEACHx name badges and signage for the reception area.

Keynote | $2,500

The keynote sponsor allows us to provide an ASL interpreter as well as a green room for the speaker.

All sponsors receive an acknowledgement in the online TEACHx program that includes a logo, statement, and a link to a sponsor website.
