Presentation proposals for TEACHx are now being accepted. The 2025 conference will explore a wide range of topics, including AI use cases and impacts, strategies for students’ digital literacy, and Universal Design for Learning. Held each May, the TEACHx conference showcases innovative approaches to teaching and learning with technology. This annual event brings together instructors, students, learning designers, and technology specialists to make connections, begin collaborations, and learn from their peers.

José Antonio Bowen has been leading innovation and change for over 40 years at Stanford, Georgetown, and the University of Southampton (UK), as a dean at Miami and SMU, and as presidentof a top ten USN&WR most innovative college until 2019. He now runs Bowen Innovation Group L.L.C., and does innovation, leadership and inclusion consulting and training for Toyota, AT&T, Chevron, Pfizer and other Fortune 500 companies. Learn more.

Judith Risch, J.D., Ph.D., is the Title IX & Equity Access Services Special Advisor at Grand River Solutions. Judy brings over two decades of invaluable experience from her tenure at the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) in the U.S. Department of Education. Judy’s role at Grand River Solutions involves partnering with senior leadership in business, healthcare, government, and educational systems in areas of disability discrimination related to equity, access, and technology, ensuring best practices and compliance with federal civil rights laws, including Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
